- Codebase documentation, APIs, database schemas (if shared for development).
- User-Provided Information
- Credentials for testing (admin panel, databases, etc.) if required.
- Screenshots, files, or error logs related to technical issues.
- Automated Data (If Hosting Services Used)
- IP addresses, device/browser info, usage logs, system analytics.
2. Use of Information
- Understand business requirements.
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom software solutions.
- Provide post-launch technical support and bug resolution.
- Ensure security and performance monitoring (for hosted apps).
- Comply with legal and security obligations.
3. Data Ownership
All data, code, and custom solutions developed for a client are their intellectual property, unless otherwise
stated in the project agreement.

1. Scope of Services
- Custom software and web development.
- Mobile app development.

2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate business requirements.
- Respond promptly to queries and approvals.
- Supply content, credentials, and assets as needed.
- Abide by project timelines.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Projects may be billed on a fixed-price, milestone, or hourly basis.
- Advance payment or deposit is mandatory to begin work.
- Invoices must be paid within 7–15 days (as per agreement).
4. Intellectual Property (IP)
- Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables.
- SAYU SOFTTECH retains rights to pre-built libraries or internal tools.
5. Confidentiality
- All client data, project information, and strategies are confidential.
- SAYU SOFTTECH signs NDAs upon request.
6. Warranties and Limitations
- We warrant that all software delivered will be free from major bugs at delivery.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted performance especially after third-party changes.
7. Maintenance and Support
- Support is provided as per agreed timelines.
- Ongoing maintenance contracts are available.
8. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate by 30-day notice.
- Termination possible in case of breach or non-payment.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Governed by laws of India.
- Jurisdiction: Courts of Maharashtra.
